Ra Sekhi is an ancient Kemetic healing practice that is known in many cultures by various of names. The most popular used name to date is Reiki. It is practiced in a number of ways but the main way that Ra Sekhi is practiced, no matter the cultural, is by the laying of hands (on or hovering the body). The laying of hands enables energy to move through the practitioner to the receiver to allow healing to take place within the body. This can be done in person or virtually and is healing for both, the practitioner and the receiver. Ra Sekhi can be used to help heal various types of aliments.
